Wolfgang Ott has always had a knack for photography. By the age of 18 he began an internship in combination with visiting the Federal College of Photography in Hamburg, Germany. After working for advertising companies as the head of studio for four years, Ott decided to go into work as a freelancer and travelled the world. Amongst his many photography stops around the wolrd, he was booked in the USA, Australia and South Africa. Upon returning to Germany in the 1990s his work included being a guest speaker at the University of Applied Science in Munich, visual marketing as well as image photography for lifestyle & tourism. Furthermore, Ott lived in Istanbul, Turkey for one year and was in charge of various editorial spreads for international fashion and jewellery magazines.
Currently Wolfang Ott's passion lies in his unique body of work from Burma, which he is preparing for diverse exhibitions in Munch, London and Amsterdam.
